The Summit meeting is Exan’s annual axiUm client appreciation and product launch event. Every year, axiUm users meet to collaborate and present on how they are improving workflows, achieving new goals, and continuing research with the help of axiUm. General presentations are held during the mornings, while breakout sessions are held in the afternoons.
Attendees represent over 90% of the dental schools in North America and comprise Deans, IT Directors, Clinical Directors, Dentists, Instructors, Financial Directors and other high-level dental influencers and decision makers.

Sponsors are provided many opportunities to meet and network with conference attendees during the breakfasts, lunches, breaks, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Based on your sponsorship level you’ll have a variety of high traffic area options.
We encourage attendees to visit your display table, by bringing “gamification” into play. Conference attendees are incented to visit your exhibit and, by doing so, receive a token. The tokens can then be traded-in for SWAG (Souvenirs, Wearables & Gifts) at the Trading Post in the Summit Lounge.
The Summit App provides you with a unique opportunity to engage with conference goers before and during the event. The app has a unique networking functionality that allows you to share your contact information and exchange messages with other attendees. As well, you can post your company and product brochures to the app.

Sponsorship for Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels includes registration of 2 attendees. Sponsorship for Diamond includes registration of 4 attendees. Additional attendees can be registered at $1,250 per person.
There is a limit of two (2) Diamond sponsors at the Summit event. Spots are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
Hotel & Conference Space
Our host hotel is the beautiful JW Marriott Parq Vancouver located at the epicenter of downtown Vancouver’s dynamic entertainment district. We encourage you to book your sleeping rooms at either of the two hotels on site – The JW Marriott Parq Vancouver or The Douglas.
We have negotiated attractive group room rates at both hotels. A standard room at The JW Marriott Parq starts at $249 CAD (single/double) and a standard room at The Douglas starts at $219 CAD (single/double).
The deadline to make hotel room reservations at the group rate is Tuesday, February 11, 2020 or when the group rate rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. After Feb 11, room reservations at the group rate will be accepted only on a space available basis. The room block may fill before Feb 11, so we encourage you to make your reservations early. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax. Please note that you are responsible for making your own hotel and flight arrangements. The conference registration fee does not include hotel arrangements, flight, ground transportation or any incidentals related to traveling to the conference.
