  • Course Date: Friday, February 28, 2020
  • This is a 6-hour course, scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • There is one track in the morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • There are two tracks in the afternoon from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and three courses per track.
  • Attendees may switch from one track to the other throughout the afternoon.
  • Attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptops.

Hotel & Conference Space

Our host hotel is the beautiful JW Marriott Parq Vancouver located at the epicenter of downtown Vancouver’s dynamic entertainment district. We encourage you to book your sleeping rooms at either of the two hotels on site – The JW Marriott Parq Vancouver or The Douglas.

We have negotiated attractive group room rates at both hotels. A standard room at The JW Marriott Parq starts at $249 CAD (single/double) and a standard room at The Douglas starts at $219 CAD (single/double).

The deadline to make hotel room reservations at the group rate is Tuesday, February 11, 2020  or when the group rate rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. After Feb 11, room reservations at the group rate will be accepted only on a space available basis. The room block may fill before Feb 11, so we encourage you to make your reservations early. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax. Please note that you are responsible for making your own hotel and flight arrangements. The conference registration fee does not include hotel arrangements, flight, ground transportation or any incidentals related to traveling to the conference.
