As we embrace the holiday season, I want to express my gratitude for all we’ve accomplished together in 2023. I am deeply thankful for your continued dedication to our partnership and look forward to our collective achievements in the new year.
It has been wonderful to engage with you at numerous industry events this year: our axiUm Mini Summit and the ADEA Annual Session in March, the ADEE in August, the ADEA BFACA meeting in October, and the ADEA Deans’ conference and New York Dental conference in November. In the hybrid environment we now work in, it’s a pleasure to connect with you more regularly in virtual formats and even more rewarding to spend time with you in person at events and during site visits at your schools. Over the year, we have built stronger relationships, offered more robust offerings, and addressed more industry needs than ever.
In 2023, we pursued excellence in patient-centered care by building and bridging innovative technical solutions such as Carequality, Open Platform Solution (OPS), and LinkedApps. Part of this year’s vision was to target our academic products to their specific users: axiUm for global dental schools and Ascend Academic for North American dental hygiene and assisting institutions. We also focused on offering more value-added products to address our partners’ various complex and individualized needs in running organizations. We are so grateful to you for collaborating with us to better the dental community.
Recently, we sent our axiUm customers a Save the Date invite to our Summit 2024 event to be hosted in Richmond, BC, May 15-17. We are so excited to host you in a more significant way this year, and we hope you will join us in May to enjoy Keynote Speaker engagements, engaging breakout sessions, vendor Tech Talks, Academic industry topics presented by our axiUm customers, and all that Richmond has to offer this coming Spring.
As I reflect on the past year, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the privilege of working alongside you. At Henry Schein One | Exan, our dedication to collaboration remains unwavering. Throughout the seasons, we have continued deepening our understanding of the dental industry, actively seeking your insights to craft innovative solutions that address the unique challenges dental institutions and practices face.
